You may cancel your order within a limited time after placing it.
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email or phone
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
4. Cancellation by House of Vanira
We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including:
- Product out of stock
- Payment issues or failed transactions
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
